In an Emergency eg collapse, Chest pain or Severe Breathlessness call 999 for an ambulance.

If you need medical advice Out of Hours (ie when your surgery is closed), please call XXXXXXXX

Your details will be taken by a receptionist and then you will be passed either to a Doctor or a Nurse for assessment of your problem. If the staff are busy, you may be called back within 30 minutes of your call.

You may receive advice or be asked to attend an Out of Hours Centre for a consultation. If it is thought appropriate, a visit from a doctor will be organised.
